I'm a tool builder.

I have 8 years of experience delivering hardware, software and analytics solutions in the energy, aerospace, and creative tech sectors.

I'm currently consulting and providing data science expertise to inform and support energy efficiency programs at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab and US DOE.

I recently left Liminal Insights where I worked as a Software Engineer, turning raw ultrasound data into machine learning insights for battery manufacturers.

Previously, I founded a software platform for better remote music collaboration and built interactive dashboards for social network data.

I left a PhD at the ATLAS Institute in 2021. My research lied at the intersection of music, collaborative technology and social neuroscience. I explored what's happening at the neurological level when we enter "group flow" during a jam session. I also built tools for digital music interactions.

In my past life, I was a researcher and mechanical engineer, specializing in origami for outer space and fire bending.

When I'm not working, you will find me enjoying my family, making music, brewing beer, cooking with friends, playing basketball, walking around in the forest, or sleeping.
